Use light / dark make-up powders to enhance the appearance of your cleavage.
Benefits
This is much quicker and cheaper than surgery and if done well, you may even pose topless with it.
Complications
It will not work if you are completely flat chested, i.e. you must have at least some breast flesh.
Directions
First use a white or a light shade power (baby powder works too) and highlight the breast area.
Then use a "Bronzing Powder" or dark shade power and darken the cleavage area in a "Y" form.
If you drop your arms, your breast flesh will fold over the darkened areas and create the appearance of a cleavage.
For best results, combine this trick with duct tape.
